Step1: select the clothing you want and design the pattern to be printed

i) Choose your favorite spot clothing styles on the website
We display different styles of stock styles on the website, including T-shirts, Polo shirts, sweaters and wind jackets, etc. The minimum order quantity for stock printing is 1 piece.

ii) Provide computer design drawings/hand drawings that you have designed
You can submit your already designed clothing design/pattern design that needs to be printed in any form, which can be a hand drawing/computer graphic file. Our professional designers will complete the clothing design draft for you afterwards.

iii) Directly provide reference photos/design requirements
Customers can also directly provide reference photos/design requirements, and our professional designers will complete the clothing design drawings for you after the conversation with us.

Step2: free design assistance and a simulation diagram

i) Provide free mock preview
Within 1-2 working days after submitting computer design drawings/hand drawings/reference photos/design requirements, we will provide free computer simulation drawings to confirm details, reduce communication misunderstandings, and make the ordering process smoother.

＊All design modifications must be notified before 7 o’clock in each working day, and the modifications will be completed within one working day after receiving the notification. ＊

Step3: free sample service
If necessary, you can borrow clothes samples from us for free to learn about the texture of the fabric or try on the size. A deposit of HKD 50-100 per piece is required for borrowing samples (please refer to the table below for detailed items), and the deposit can be returned when it is returned. Please contact us to prepare for you.

＊Due to the limited stock of samples, it may not be possible to provide clothing of the specified color and size. If necessary, please contact us. ＊＊The sample will be sent to you for free (only to the industrial and commercial address or SF Express pick-up point). The paid sample deposit will be returned to the sample office, and the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee to be sent back to the company. ＊

Step4: Arrange production and delivery date
The production lead time for custom printed clothing is 7-10 working days (working days are Monday to Friday), starting from the confirmation of the electronic clothing mock preview and payment.

Garment Manufacturing

Step1: Choose/design the clothes you want and design the patterns that need to be added

i) Choose your favorite clothing style on the website
We display customized reference pictures of different styles on the website, including T-shirts, Polo shirts, sweaters and wind jackets, etc. The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. (The minimum order quantity for sublimation jersey/windbreaker is 10 pieces)*

Step2: free design assistance and simulation diagrams and selection of suitable fabrics and accessories

＊All design modifications must be notified before 7 o’clock in each working day, and the modifications will be completed within one working day after receiving the notification. ＊

ii) Choose suitable fabrics and accessories
After confirming the computer simulation diagram and details, you need to choose the suitable fabric and accessories style.

Step3: Sample making service
Customers who order more than 20 pieces of custom-made styles can request to make a sample. The sample production period is 7-10 days (working days are Monday to Friday), starting from the confirmation of the electronic mock preview, cloth card color number, accessory style and payment.

You need to pay HKD 300-500 per piece for pattern making (please see the table below for detailed items), and the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk payment. Please contact us to prepare for you.

Step4: Arrange production and delivery date
The custom-made production period is 21-24 days (including holidays), starting from the confirmation of the electronic map and the payment/sample.

Garment/Bags Accessories Wholesale

Step1: select the clothing or luggage accessories you want

i) Choose your favorite style on the website
We display reference pictures of different styles on the website, including zipper pull tabs, eyelet buttons, rivets, rivets, ribbons, embroidery badges, etc.

ii) Provide your requirements or the designed design drawings/hand drawings/reference photos
Items which are in-stock: You can send us the color matching/international Pantone color card/specified color card (such as GCC color card) / direct sample matching color.

Items which are out-of-stock: You could provide us your design in any format (hand drawings/computer graphics files/reference photos). Our professional designers will complete the design for you confirmation.

＊An additional mold fee is required (the mold fee is based on the design quotation)＊

Step2: Sample production for custom-made items
Customers can request to make a sample. Different custom-made styles have different sample production periods, starting from confirmation of details and payment. Please contact us for more details.

Step3: Arrange production and delivery date
Different custom-made styles have different production and delivery dates, but they all start from the confirmation of the electronic map and the payment/sample. Please check with us for details.

Exactly3 Clothing Wholesale

Step1: Choose the Exactly3 clothing you want to order

i) Choose your favorite Exactly3 styles on the website
We display different three styles on the website, including T-shirts, Polo shirts, sweaters and wind jackets, etc. The minimum wholesale order is 10 pieces.

Step2: Place an order for payment and arrange shipment

The delivery date varies for different order quantities, but the delivery date from the order and payment has been confirmed. Generally, the delivery time for styles below 100 pieces is 7-10 working days (working days are Monday to Friday). Please check with us for details.
