Delivery Conditions
Free Delivery
The free delivery service currently only covers the territory of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
We provide one delivery service for each order, which will be delivered by SF Express (Only for business address) or you could pick up your goods at SF Express stores.
Tracking your Order
Your order will be delivered by SF Express.
If your order is returned back to us due to below three reasons. We could re-send to you. However, you have to bear the re-send delivery fee.
i) the address and post office box are incorrect
ii) the delivery attempt fails
iii) the recipient refuses the package
Samples Lending Services
The sample will be sent to you by free of charge (only accept to send to commercial address or SF Express self-pickup point). You have to pay the delivery fee when returning back the sample to us . For more details, please visit the ordering process page.
Delivery
We do not have free delivery services for garment/bags accessories orders. Customers have to bear the delivery fee.
If you would like to send us colour swatch card/ cloth swatch or sample for colour matching, please send to us by prepaid the delivery fee. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
